Hi There,
Can anyone help with the following issue?
When trying to sync my Fitbit Blaze with a Xaiomi Redmi Note 4x, I receive a 'tracker not found' error. An exclamation mark it also shown representing the syncing error.
To fix this issue and successfully sync the watch, Bluetooth must be turned off & on everytime.
Are there any tips or suggestions to successfully sync the watch without turning Bluetooth off & on. I have tried every suggested fix I have read on other threads, i.e. restarting app, watch & phone, replacing & reconnecting watch profile on fitbit app.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hey there @Dang88. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂
I think that the reason why you're having problems with your phone is that it's not a fully compatible device. If you can take a look at the list of compatible devices, you'll see that it's not on the list.
What happens in some cases, is that some features may work but not all the time. At the moment, we don't have any news on when this phone will be compatible or if it will be compatible at all in a near future, but I'd recommend keeping an eye on the list for any update.
Anything else you may need, let me know. I'm here to help!
