Problem when Hiking.

Hi, I do a lot of hiking.

My question is when I start a hike can I then change to another screen, and the blaze still record the hike?

The reason is on a few occasions whilst on the hike I must have accidentally hit the screen which has caused the blazed the end the hike, and I then have to restart, so the device then records the hike as two events.

My thinking is if I can move away from that screen an accidentally knock it the hike will not finish

Hi, @Huw53! Unfortunately, if you accidentally pause the hike, it will not track the rest of the hike as an activity. However, it will still track your steps/flights/heart rate, etc. toward your total for the day.
