Update: Fitbit were able to send me a replacement Blaze pebble, at no cost. I really admire that they took the time to email me and make multiple attempts to fix the issue. Overall their communication exceeded my expectations. Smiley Happy

I am in the same boat!  It won't charge and I use it all the time to track my steps.  I really miss it.  Any advice would be appreciated.

My husband has had the blaze for just under a year & it’s just stopped charging. He really misses it and would like to know what to do? Thanks

Same here! This is my second Blaze and it’s frustrating-_- I am currently charging my watch 5 or more times a day just to make sure I get all my steps, it really makes me want to give up like not even my bit has faith in me 😩 What can I do? Is there a buyback program where you can get a discount on a newer model? please help!

I've the same problem with my Blaze - I've had for about 11 months and now it's not charging.  Tried different sockets, usbs and checked the contacts but it won't charge.

I received an email from Fitbit, I had already tried all those fix attempts from the 100’s of other forums dealing with Blaze charging issues. Unfortunately nothing changes. The Fitbit just shows a battery flashing. Nothing changes if I try to reset it. I would be interested in a different solution please.

Hi there guys, good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

@Crosby21, I'm sorry your husband is having problems with his Blaze 😕 Now, since I only have access to your Fitbit account info but not his, I'd recommend for him to get in touch with the Support Team directly by clicking here. They will be happy to help him out!

@SenBear, I've escalated your case to the Support Team for them to help you out with this. You should receive an email soon with more instructions.

@Carmella7, I'm sorry to hear that. Are you still having problems with this? Whenever you put it to charge, are you able to see anything coming on the display even if after a while it goes off again?

@Nentle, please, reply to the email letting them know that you've tried all this and they will continue from there.

@Jastuck, I'm glad to hear that you're now back on track! 😄 Anything else, let me know!

My blaze wont charge either. I tried everything recommended on this forum and others but it's still dead.  What number did you call?
