I've got a Blaze here, fresh off the charger. I put it in the wrist band, turn on BT, open the Fitbit app, and follow the first prompt to tap the left button on my Blaze, and nothing. It keeps asking if my device is on, if not charge it, if it is, place it on the charger anyway.
I've "reset" it using the left and lower right buttons. I've reinstalled the app. I just got gift upgraded from the HR but now I'm not so sure its worth it if it doesn't even work.
Any ideas??

Hi there @MH510, welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums!
I'm very sorry to hear that you're having problems getting your Blaze to pair with your phone. Thanks a lot for all that you've tried. I'd like to help you out.
My first question is if you have made sure that the phone you're using to pair your tracker is compatible to sync with Fitbit. If you're not sure about this, you can see the list of compatible devices here.
If your phone is compatible, I would recommend making sure that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app and that the OS on your phone is also up to date. You can try to reboot your Bluetooth and your phone and see if that helps.
