Problems since update

I have had my Blaze since early last year and it has worked fine right up until I did the last update to version 17.8.402.1. Since it was updated I have had nothing but problem after problem. The biggest issue is the extremely poor battery life. I used to get 2 - 3 days now I get about 8 - 9 hours. Next is the fact that the notification toggle keeps randomly popping up with a slight vibration, this happens on average every 10 - 30 minutes. Lastly, the lower right button does not function at all. It isn't related to the frame because it doesn't work outside of the frame either. So because the button isn't functional I can't even try the reset that is frequently recommended to solve any issues.

Like I said all of these issues arose right after I did the last update (less than a day after). Previous to the this I had not one problem with my Blaze and now I have several, so there must be an issue with the firmware. I have tried shutting it down via the settings option on the watch, removing it from my account, cleaning the contacts, unpairing it from my phone, shutting off features and nothing has changed.

Has anyone had any similar issues and found a solution? At this point I'm about to throw it out and get a Samsung Gear S3 Classic if I can't resolve the problems.

Yes I too am having issues similar to you. Especially  the battery life. I agree it is in the update. Fitbit help us.

Battery issue here too. It was fine and now it only lasts a couple hours. I can't believe Fitbit is getting away with this.

Same here as far as battery life it only last 24 hours before I have to charge it again, plus the HR and sleep tracking has stopped recording. May 23 is the last date that I have the records for HR and Sleep.

It's happening to a lot of fitbit users.Fitbit offered me a 25 percent off but why the same thing will happen. I am looking for a different brand. So disappointed.

I have also had decreased battery life, and problems with sleep cycles and stages since I applied this update

It is very strange too because it took me until like a month and a half ago until I was able to actually get everything to update, and now I wish I hadn't.

Can't you help us, fitbit? There are obvious bugs here, not simply user error. You may end up losing a lot of customers to samsung and apple, trying to get away with the bullcrap that they can.

The fitbit Blaze is by no means obsolete yet, so please stop trying to make it. I like the design, and the features(that it is supposed to have). Some people dont want a tiny new rubber band shaped fitbit
