Problems updating tracker

I got a message of Update Tracker Software in my FITBIT app. But it doesnot gets update. Have tried lot of time.

this happened to me. I restarted it several times and it finally took

Also turned Bluetooth off on Phone and then back on

I would like to know if you were able to update your tracker? If you still having problems, as recommended, please restart your tracker. Also, can you please tell me which phone you have so I can provide you the instructions to update the device?
