I had purchased a Fitbit Blaze about 3 weeks ago. The other day I was wearing it and the watch hit an end table (not hard) and it cracked the screen. The plastic for these is not impact resistant and it does not take much to damage them. So now I am out $200 and trying to find a more durable sport tracker. Just a piece of advise to others that if you plan on wearing this all day expect it to be damaged easily, even to the point it is not repairable. You may want to consider purchasing a more durable fitness tracker by another manufacturer. Made in China stuff is garbage.

Hi there @SunsetRunner789. Good to see you around!
I'm sorry you're having problems with the display on your Fitbit Blaze 😕
In this situation, this type of damage is not covered under the limited warranty. I'd say that we can check the available options and I'm pretty sure we can get a discount which will be applicable to any tracker you'd like if you were interested in purchasing another tracker or another Blaze as well.
Let me know if this is something you'd like to do so that I can help you out with the process!

I have a similar issue. I've had my Blaze for 6 months and recently cracked the corner (not sure how). It doesn't affect the display at all, however, about a week ago, I noticed, while wearing the Blaze, the display would not show when I pushed the buttons. I took it off and noticed the green sensor lights still glowing and I checked and it was still logging my steps, heart rate, sleep, etc. When I placed it on the charger the display would work, but when I took it off again, no display. I placed it on the charger 2 days ago to find the display will not show up now even when it is on the charger. It still logs all of my stats but it useless as a clock, stopwatch, etc.

It sucks when things don't work. My blaze is 18 months old. I wear it all the time. Unfortunately, I did manage to kill it when I dove into the lake to rescue my grandson. The blaze is not waterproof. After talking with fitbit they are being very generous.
