Hi there @JoeBlazn1. Great to see you in the Community Forums!
I'm a little confused, are you trying to set up your Fitbit Blaze? If so, make sure you're doing this from the Fitbit app and not from the Bluetooth settings on your phone. Where is it exactly that you're getting this error message?
For pairing your tracker through, the app, make sure you're going to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.
