Problems with Syncing, Pairing, Incorrect Time

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

This morning my battery was almost dead (despite being charged 3 days ago), and it turned off. I had to press both the left and bottom right key to re-start it, which turned it back on. Now, it will not display the correct time or even sync properly; I have restarted it numerous times, removed the fitbit from the app on the phone and even removed the app and re-downloaded it to sync properly, but now it will not even pair the two!

You are going to have to reconnect the tracker to your fitbit account.

I would remove the tracker from your phones Bluetooth setting, this tells the phone to forget it, removing from the app just causes more problems.

Also do a shutdown of both the phone and tracker.

One more note, is there any other device nearby, within 30 feet, if so turn it's Bluetooth off.

Glad to see you in our Community @phisigtheduck and @Rich_Laue thanks for stopping by.

I agree with our friend here, you need to paired the tracker one more time in order for it to sync properly and display the correct time. I recommend following the setup procedure directly from a computer.

I hope this helps, let me know how it goes. Woman Happy
