I just recieved the fitbit blaze I purchased and linked/synced it to my account. It show how shows all this inaccurate information 11,774 steps taken, 5.02 Miles, 1,759 calories burned, 81 floors climbed, 135 active mintues (I literally just got the fitbit and synced to my existing account) How can I reset the information to zero to start fresh? I have tried reset it by hold the left button and both right buttons and the fitbit logo appears on the screen and it goes through its cycle and comes back up with the same information? It the wi-fi issue currently happening right now affecting my fifbit setup for the used blaze I purchased? HELP

Since you have had a Fitbit account since 2016. imI'wondering what step data your referring to @Jennyd_1
When the tracker is setup .it should be synced to your account and any steps from another tracker will sync to the Blaze .

Thank you Rich. I called FitBit Customer Support and was told since I had just received it that day and it was previous linked to another account that the information would update at midnight. I waited and it did exactly that. Thank you for your response. 🙂
