Question/Feature Request - Calendar Alerts without Phone Connection

My job requires me to leave my phone in my car, but the recently started approving fitbits. I currently use a charge HR, but I'm hoping if I upgrade to the Blaze I could get some nice features from it. One I desprately want is meeting reminders (easy to forget with electronic devices). However, I'm pretty sure I will only get calendar alerts if my phone is actively connected.

 

Also, alarms set through the device and alarm labels would be HUGELY appreciated.

Yes, as with call and text alerts, the calendar alerts are driven from the phone to the tracker in real time so if the phone is in the car (or simply out of Bluetooth range) the tracker won't alert. Realistically, doing anything else would require an awful lot of backend software work to the app so I wouldn't expect to see this functionality provided.
