I just got Blaze.  Trying to set up I got my phone to recognize the tracker and it is asking for 4 diget nuber.  My tracker only shows the fitbit.com/set screen not this 4 diget number needed.  Help

Hello @tlback sorry to hear your having problems. 

Have you followed the setup instructions found in the help section?

In the setup process the code should have been displayed on the blaze itsslf5, then is entered into the software being used to setup.

I have followed the set up instructions however the number does not appear on the tracker the only screen i get is the fitbit.com/set up screen.

Also seem to have issue with screen coming up that the bluetooth needs to be turned off and back on.  What a frustrating thing my Flex was so easy to get going.

Hi there @tlback. Good to see you in the Community! 🙂

 

Since your tracker is not showin the 4 digit number, I would recommend restarting your tracker by pressing and holding the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds and if you'd like, try this a couple of times. Once you're done restarting your tracker, try to do follow the set up instructions again and hopefully it should work.
