Sorry for reviving an old thread but I’ve just this week started suffering this exact same problem. No change in use or to the way I wear it and my device that’s been working fine for over two years is suddenly misbehaving. I fear it’s headed for the bin now as not fit for purpose and I’m disinclined to buy another Fitbit to replace it at this stage. Was there ever a proper resolution to this issue?
