Refund issue on cancelled order

Hi All,

I have ordered Fitbit Blaze on 15/12/2017, as they failed to ship the product even after 7 days. I cancelled it on 22/12/207. I only got a cancellation email and after that till now did not received any email about refund status . Can you someone tell me , when can I expect the refund and is there any way to make things faster?

Hi, @Mourya, I would suggest contacting Fitbit Customer Support on contact.fitbit.com and they can look into this for you.
