Registering miles

Hi, ever since January 25th my blaze is registering every thing OK except my miles. Eg today I have walked 10,254 steps and 16 floors, but only registered 0.32 miles. I can't suss out what is wrong, even when I sync to my HTC phone fitbit app, it still only shows 0.32 miles. Before 25/1/29 it was all OK.

Check that your stride length is not set to something ridiculously small.

How do I measure and adjust stride length for my Fitbit device?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
