I pop out my Blaze from the band as gently as possible but have managed to break both volume buttons of the band (on separate occasions). I’ve had it less than a month & they’re sending a replacement, but is this a common problem? Should I just return it altogether? Or is there some trick to getting it removed to charge without breaking buttons I should know about? Like I said, I remove it gently & slowly, but it’s broken twice now.

I have had mine since it came out and have never broken the buttons .
Just push gently on the pebble face and push it

I push down gently right in the middle of the face and haven’t had an issue with it coming out. Sometimes one side will pop out first and then the other will come along after. Good luck 🙂

I have 5 bands, each with their own frame, haven't had a problem. I do like the third party frame in that pushing the button gives a nice click feel.
