Dear Fitbit team,
I'm unable to sync my Fitbit details. I have been facing this issue again from yesterday. I tried a number of times yesterday & today. I got “could not find tracker” every time, in spite of my blaze (with bluetooth on) device being very close to the mobile (with 4G on, bluetooth & location on). Please help me resolve this issue at the earliest.
I have been on & off facing these issue from almost 3 months. I have re-installed the app just a week back and had set up everything, I don’t want to keep repeating the same again and again.
I use One plus one android device.
Also, the bluetooth in my Fitbit Blaze device get off within 20 seconds after in select pair option. Why does this happen?
I’m losing interest in Fitbit inspite of this device being great because of the sync issues I have been facing more often these days.
If you would need to talk to me, my contact details are mentioned in the signature below.
Regards,
Raghav

It's great to see you around @FITRaghav and thanks for the information provided. If you are having problems syncing your tracker, I recommend following the instructions provided in the Having trouble syncing? post. About the bluetooth, I recommend shutting down your Blaze by swiping to settings and tap Shutdown.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.
