Replaced phone no notifications

I had to replace broken phone. Now I get ZERO notifications. I can sync but nothing showed in my watch. I have already done all troubleshooting things. So don't recommend them to me. This isn't the first time I've had problems with this watch. I think I'm going to get a Samsung watch at this rate. More reliable

Since having done everything possible,

 

When desired it's possible to contact the fitbit support team, they can be contacted from the official contact page.
 
Mention what you've already tried to speed things up.

As some mobile phones are not compatible with Fitbit.

@carlsonam74 have youched yoir settings and permissions, knowing which phone that you have would be helpfull in thst we could give detail steps.

As for compatibility see www.fitnit.com/devices but this only lists phone that have been tested, many more do work.
