Fitbit have just sent me a replacement pebble for my blaze as my original was faulty- it doesn’t fit in the band. The band is a blaze original. Have they changed the size?
The electronic part without the band is pretty well known as being the pebble. The OP is correct in calling it that. Claire, think the first thing I would have done is contact support. Have you done that yet?
The Fitbit support referred to it as a pebble. They didnt send a new band- only replaced the faulty part which was the ‘pebble’. I have tried contacting support but haven’t heard back yet.
