Replacing a defective purchase.

I purchased a new Blaze, only for it to not work. Spoke to customer support via chat, where it was determined I purchased a defective Blaze, and they would send me a replacement.
Pretty pleased with customer service at that point.
Sent an email double-checking my address, which was responded to promptly.

10 business days have passed, so I sent another email asking for an update (as the replacement was supposed to arrive by now) only to receive a reply asking to confirm my address implying it has not been sent.

Getting fairly ticked off. I bought a tracker not expecting to recieve a defective item. And getting frustrated with the fact I have not recieved a replacement or any compensation.

Has anyone else had experience with this, and how long did you have to wait?

Have you tried the online chat, using your case number?

 

Maybe one of the moderators can stop by and offer some assistance for you.

I think my replacement took about a week. 

Personally if the tracker was determined by support to be defective, but was recently purchased, I would go back to the place of purchase.. The return would have been quick, but probably require an extra drive.

I've been having trouble with my Blaze also, battery issues and not compatible for Samsun S8.Nobody ever said it wasn't compatible till there was issues All they want to do is give me 25% off another one that's 329.95. I've had 3 different fit bits I'm a good customer even bought my mom a blaze before they took it off the market. I'm not happy with the company not standing behind the product. So I'm trying to find a product with a warranty that will stand behind the product. let me know if you know of any out there.

Good Luck getting a replacement I was told I could get one.

The original post was nearly two years ago.

 

My Blaze had no problems with my Sansung S8 (not the + or the Edge) and my Alta HR has no problems. 25% is a good discount. Why not try the Alta HR? It's slimmer than the Blaze, but does all the basic things.

My two brothers, a sister, and I all have GS8's we have no problem.
