Reset continuously

I have a little problem with my watch. It lights up, it charges, but it doesn't turn on at all. it resets non-stop until it runs out of battery. my message is "Clock Error - Go to the fitbit mobile app and try another clock" but I cannot do this because it is reset continuously. Please help me.
