How do you reset the time. The battery ran out and after recharging it has the incorrect time. I keep getting error 18 when I try to synch.

seems to be a common problem and the help solutions have failed miserably on this. My Blaze was 7 minutes slow and now it is 12 minutes slow... so I hope somebody knows how to fix this

Hey there @DarkestFire @altie. Great to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

This is normal to happen. Whenever your tracker runs out of battery or you turn it off, once it comes back on, it will pick from the time it had when it shut down.

They only thing you need to do after that is to sync it for it to pick the correct time/date. If you're having problems with syncing your trackers, you can try to restart them. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot.

If that doesn't work, you can try to set it up as a new device. For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Let me know how it goes!
