Restart Blaze and phone every day

You've had issues since IOS 11. For the past week, I've had to turn off Bluetooth and restart the watch and the phone every morning to get the Fitbit app to find the watch. Please fix this before I throw this thing in the garbage.

Hello there @mlevel. Great to see you in the Fitbit Community Forums! 🙂

I'm sorry you're having problems with your tracker not syncing fine to your dashboard 😕

I can recommend a couple of things. First, make sure that your phone's OS is the latest version of it as well as that you have the latest version of the Fitbit app.

After that, restart your tracker. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot. Try to sync your tracker and if that doesn't work, you can proceed with setting up your tracker as a new device.

For this, go to the Account section at the top right corner on the Fitbit app and select the option that says "Set up a new device". Follow the on-screen instructions and once you're done, your tracker should be syncing without a problem.

Let me know if this helps!

Nope, didn’t help at all, and completely missed the point.

I know very well how to restart the $&@! tracker. I’ve done it every morning now, as
mentioned, for a week! I also have to turn off Bluetooth and then restart my iPhone every $&@“! morning.

General it will be one of the three steps, not that it will fix the problem but I suggest trying a different order tomorrow.. You should find one of the three works without doing the other two.

Are you turning the Blaze off at night?

As far as I can determine, at least two of the steps--turning off bluetooth and restarting the phone--are required, EVERY MORNING. I have to do this in order to synch the Blaze with the Fitbit app. Again, this seems to be only since iOS 11. I don't normally turn the Blaze off; I wear it overnight and take it off only to charge it in the morning after all the s890 I have to do to synch it.

Looking at Apple watches much more seriously now, as I would trust them to at least keep up with iOS updates....
