You'll need to talk with customer service before returning the product.

There is a phone number for the USA, an online chat option and web based email for those out of the area.
Here is the information on warranty and return policies.
It's usually faster to return it where purchased.
You bought the Blaze for a reason. Why not work to get it going ? The community is here, just let us know what is going on.
