Best AnswerThere might have been a defect in the pin our band, but as @Clareio states Best Buy has a very liberal policy. It would be quicker, and easier, to exchange it there, then to go through CS.

Best AnswerWhy not just return to Best Buy? If that is where you got it I would take it back to them with your receipt.
