Does anyone think that it is ridiculous that a Fitbit Blaze band would SNAP 20 days after purchase and the company wanted to send a replacement in 7-9 business days??? I have owned it less than TWICE as long as 7-9 business days. Make a better band or have better customer care. I should just return it to Best Buy. This is crazy.

my first thought would be to ask how right have you been wearing it, or did it get snagged on something?
Was it the metal band, or the silicon one.
Did the band really snap in half, or did the pin break.
I'm having problems understanding how something that thick could break.
My guess is that it will take less time for shipping, but then I'm not sure wear in the world your located.

I'm struggling to understand how it could break... but if you took it back to BestBuy they may give you a replacement device??

There might have been a defect in the pin our band, but as @Clareio states Best Buy has a very liberal policy. It would be quicker, and easier, to exchange it there, then to go through CS.

No, when I took it off the plastic part next to the pins came apart. I wish that I could take a picture of it. I am going to have to pick the plastic part out of the watch to even put the next band in. It was weird. It just fell apart. I undid it and it was in two pieces. The pin is still in place. I was just super frustrated because I was on the phone with them for at least 30 minutes and that was after I waited 15 minutes on hold.

Why not just return to Best Buy?  If that is where you got it I would take it back to them with your receipt.
