I'm generally very happy with my Blaze. One thing that REALLY motivates me to walk long distances is that whenever I record my route, I later get to view the route I walked, including the Km breakdown, on the Fitbit app under 'exercises'.
The thing that is frustrating and discouraging however is that whenever I walk more than about 10 kilometres, it simply refuses to show the route taken afterwards, in the Track Exercise tile. It shows the exercise, including all the information, however, the screen under the header 'walk' is just blank and there is a loading icon circling around as if it's fetching the date, but even after keeping it going for a long time, the route never loads. When i click on it, again it shows the data, but NOT the route walked.
I realize I can still see it on a computer on the website, but I'm sure thiscan't be the intention? Besides, I still much prefer being able to access it through the app, which should be possible.
Hope to hear a solution soon!
Kris

Welcome to the Forums @Kris77! I haven't heard of any report related to what you mentioned. First I want to make sure you are recording your walk as instructed on this video:
If you are and your map is not being recorded please provide me a screenshot of your app showing the exercise log with out the map so I can further investigate. Also note that a weak GPS signal may cause your route and other activity data to be inaccurate so make sure the signal bar is full and green ( as the one on the image below) when connecting your phone.
Looking forward to your new comments!

Hi Angela,
Thank you for your reply! I watched the video and nothing new there unfortunately. I also reset the app by opening it, double clicking the home button on my iphone, and swiping the app up, AND I turned the iphone off entirely and back on. Still nothing. The issue really only appears on the long walks, such as the ones I posted the screenshot below here, in.
In the one below here there's the 20,54 km walk, which took 6 hours and 27 minutes. You can see it appears to be loading, but I can keep it going for an hour and nothing happens. Yet the bike one below, 33 km and almost 3 hours, is fine.
Looking forward to your reply! 🙂
Kris
PS: I also just downloaded the app on my iPad Mini 4 and synched it. The exact issue occurs, which leads me to believe it has nothing to do with the hardware. Additionally; the map data DOES appear on the desktop Fitbit dashboard, but again; I would really like it to show in the app, like any other tracked map.

@krisveldhuizen There is an issue with Fitbit's iOS app, acknowledged by moderators:

workaround is to look at maps using web browser, either on phone, ipad or computer.
