Run had no impact on daily totals - Missing data

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Below is my data from a 20min session on the Treadmill.  Hopefully someone can explain why its not logged any of the data to my daily totals.  Apparently running my **ahem** off for 20mins had no impact on my daily totals!  If my heart rate averaged at 75bpm for a 20 min run I'd be Mo Farrah! Smiley Tongue

Hi, @cdproject, your screenshot indicates that your activity was only captured for 10 seconds (0:10 mins) and therefore there is not enough data in this activity.

I am not sure how this happened, but I am guessing that you accidentally turned off the activity and that is why it did not record.

You will still have had your steps counted, but they won't appear as a separate activity.

Hi @Julia_G, thanks for your response.  I see what you're saying by the 0:10 logged at the top but looking at Calories, Heart Rate Zones and Heart Rate you can clearly see its recorded for 19 mins, which seems strange for a 10 second run?  Quite frankly its dumbfounded me.  At least it logged yesterdays gym session successfully, shame the app doesn't allow me to input the 11,000kgs I lifted, as well as the calories and HR for my weight session.

Hi there @cdproject. Welcome to the Community Forums! 🙂

To add to what @Julia_G said, I can probably recommend restarting your tracker to make sure it's all working correctly. For this, press the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and after that, try it out and see if it has improved at all.

Let us know how it goes!
