Run tracking step count display bug?

Hi-ho...

I think I've found a bug?

Per the photo: 

The App and website show a more realistic step count of 6,029 steps.  Pretty sure I'd know if I walked that far!

I'm using the Exercise - Run mode so i can get the map output, although I was actually walking around on some farmland in the dark hunting for Possums rather than actually running.

Edited to say I'm on firmware 17.8.200.3, and this is the second time I've noticed this.

 I'll give a restart a go.

I was wondering what sort of badge I'd get for walking about 3 Billion km as well.  🙂

This is a known bug that happens when the event being recorded crosses midnight.

Arr, OK, and I did cross midnight.

Went out about 23:00, returned 01:00.

It happened to me that's why i knew, but the steps show correctly in the app and day.

Just a quick follow up to say I've now verified this a couple of times both ways..

Definately an issue crossing midnight. 🙂

Will keep an eye out for a firmware update.
