I had the Fitbit Force forever, LOVED IT..
Just upgraded to the Blaze...Very disappointed at the moment. Have spent the past week trying to figure out
why it won't do everything the store told me it would. Turns out it compatitble with my phone only 2 versions ago! S4 Active but not the S6 Active. REALLY??
Did I really just spend $200 to not be able to fully use my fitbit?
When I log into the website, it won't upload my data, say's the device isn't paired.... but yet it pairs and uploads to my phone.
Am I just having a bad week? Suggestions?

@ritab212 would you be able to upload a screen shot of the web site error? The website is independent of any phone or device and reads the data from the server.. It also is not able to upload data from the tracker.
Getting back to your phone, you say the app uploads the data, I'll assume you are also able to see the data. Is there anything that specifically does not work, connected gps, notificstiond, sleep detection, etc?
