I have a fit bit blaze and a Samsung s8+
Fitbit is connected and able to control music and syncs steps/sleep ECT. fine, but no notifications or calls
I have tried reinstalling, re pairing, resetting settings on phone, resetting both blaze and phone.
And nothing, the test notification doesnt work either.
Please resolve.

Make sure notifications are enabled
Fitbit notifications are enabled
Always connected enabled may help
Use the send test notification option through the app
Check the phones Bluetooth is the blaze a trusted connected device?
Not sure what is meant by repair device, the user is unable to do a pair.

I've done all that and not even the test notification works.
Both systems are on the newest update
(Re-pair - syncing/pair the devices)

Does the charge show up as a trusted device?
You say that you repair, what is the procedure you did?

Yes it is a trusted device
I think you mis understand, I forgot the device and then paired it again
