Same text message is being displayed multiple times

I love my new Blaze. Everything has been working fine. Then, out of the blue, when a text hits my phone it shows up two or three or more times on my BLaze! What went wrong? I reset the bit. Restarted my phone. First text after that showed up FOUR TIMES on my fitbit screen. Everything was fine for four days before this started happening. (my phone is LG V10, if that matters) Was there some kind of "update" that went out that changed everything?? Very dissapointing. And annoying. Please help

Verizon messing +. When I test text myself it's gone, but texts from other people show up multiple times..

Verizon's Messages+ does not play well with the Blaze, despite it being listed in the FB app as an option. I have had great success using Messenger, available for free in the Google Play Store.

I have had this happen a couple of times with the stock iOS calendar app.

Not often, but has happened a couple of times.

This also happened to me the other day, but since these alerts where also showing up on the phone, it turned out they were being sent multiple times from the calander, Fitbit was cheerfully only passing them in to the Blaze.

I have been having this same issue....multiple texts showing up. I have a Verizon phone will check and see what messenger app I'm using. it is annoying. Also, my fitness tracker would not work when I was out for a walk...didn't have my phone with me so I'm thinking that was the reason???

Have you checked if it's the settings on your messages if it has an option to show text notifications multiple times? This could be causing your tracker to show the notifications several times after you receive the messages.

Also, what exactly do you mean when you say that your tracker was not working when you were out for a walk? Did it not record your walk or your tracker quit working completely? I would suggest a restart by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds, your tracker will restart itself and after that keep an eye on it and see how it goes.
