Samsung s6 edge sync issues

Can't sync blaze to s6.  Reinstalled app multiple times.  Reset Bluetooth multiple times. Turned Blaze on /off multiple times.

Hi there @oliver66. Great to see you in the Community!

 

To add to @SunsetRunner's great advice, you can try to set up your tracker as a new device. For that, go to the Account section in the App. Choose the option that says "Set up a new device" and here follow the on-screen instructions and after that, it should be syncing without any problem.
