Screen Crack while you are sleeping

I just woke up to find that my FitBit blaze is cracked. I got this device like a month back and this happening is a shock. I am based out of India and dont know where should I call for a replacement or repair. This is disappointing 😞

Just a note going to contact.fitbit.com or clicking on the settings gear found in the top right, then contact Fitbit, will yove the best contact info for your registered location.

Hi Angela,

 

Support team is asking me a proof of distruction but on the other hand they are saying they are still checking my eligibility for replacement.

 

This is confusing as this doesnt confirm my replacement. My FitBit is scratched and what if post distruction they dont replace my device. This is strange as they are sending mix signals in this case.

 

Any thoughts on this?

Hopefully, they took care of you. Mine cracked while sleeping a week after getting it and fitbit refuses to do anything other than provide me with a 25% off coupon. I am probably going to go with the Apple watch or a Garmin.

My screen cracked well I was asleep contacted help team same joke 25 persent off. Had 3 fitbits will not be buying a Fitbit ever again
