Screen and swipe issues

My Fitbit Blaze has been acting weird all day. It started with the screen not responding when I was trying to swipe. It has given a short buzz all day, but then it just shows the Fitbit emblem on it. Now it's a black screen and it won't charge.

 

When I go to my app on my phone it shows that it is half charged. I can't turn it off to reset because my screen won't swipe. I've reset it using the two buttons probably twenty times today.

Hey @DarlaT, welcome to the Community.

 

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. Could you please confirm that these are steps you followed in order to restart your Blaze:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

 

Regarding the battery issue, take a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.
