Screen not turning on

My blaze screen doesn't seem to want to turn on, but the heart rate lights are still going. Anyone else have this problem or know what to do? Plus it doesn't seem to like to Bluetooth to my phone half the time.

If your Blaze isn't turning on, I recommend restarting it by doing the following:

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
