Screen not working on Blaze

My screen is not working, I have reset it heaps and sometimes it works again but sometimes not. It still tracks as normal and alarm works and once I saw a txt very dull in the back ground and today I stopped tracking a workout by pressing where the stop and pause buttons are even thou I could not see them. Can anyone help?

My thought would be to swipe over to settings, tap, then go down to brightness, change it.

Thanks, but can't see anything on the screen since yesterday morning so don't know which menu I'm in

Thank you, I have contacted them already just thought I'd try this avenue just in case someone else is having the same problem. Thought they would take a lot longer as it said 2 days but I have received an email from them this morning.
