My screen went completely black. It vibrates when I get phone calls and messages but I can't see anything. Help!

Can I just check that you have a Blaze and not a Charge 3. This is a common problem with the Charge 3 but I've not come across it with the Blaze. I also didn't think the Blaze got call and message alerts.
