My blaze will sync, vibrate, and green lights are on but, the actual screen itself will not turn on. Have tried resetting the device many times, turning n and off where the green lights go off then back on, and cleaning it. Is there anything else I can do? Costume service with Fitbit told me they could NOT do anything for me but give me 20 percent off my next buy. PLEASE HELP!
