Have had my Fitbit Blaze for just over 3. 5 years and yes, like the rest of us, use it daily. Few weeks ago, it stopped displaying bp rate. Yesterday, all of a sudden, after a full night charge, it started buzzing and vibrating uncontrollably and then the screen when black. Thanks to all the internet suggestions to reboot, place in the charger and push several combinations of buttons, but, to no avail, all I get now is 2 flashing screens, 1. fitbit logo with little blue lights all over the screen, or 2. the battery outline in purple with additional lines sporadically all over the screen. Tried to charge it again last night, but the flashing blue lights kept going. Called support today. They're only suggestion was that it's past it's 1 year warranty and to purchase a new Fitbit. No other support! Just the statement, would you like to purchase a replacement now? As if there was no other support, no other competitor to seek out, and no other fitness brand or watch out there on the market. I am not impressed with Fitbit at all if this is the only solution .... to buy another one from them. Not gonna do it. I'd rather invest in another manufacturer with better tech support and customer service other than a company that only wants your money to purchase another replacement at "full cost" from themselves immediately.
