Hi there @Rayray1. Great to see you in the Community! 🙂

If your screen is not swiping to the sides, I'd recommend restarting it by pressing the left and the lower right buttons together for 10-15 seconds. This will make your tracker to turn off and turn back on and this should fix the problem.

Let me know how it goes!

When I push the two buttons it won't even shut off.  My issue is I lose my watch face screen and cannot swipe back to it.  I can't shut off the device either.  TO get my watch face back I have to go on my phone app and pick a new watch face.  Do I need to return it?  Or is there another way to reset this thing.

Hi there @cgturlik. Good to see you in the Community Forums! 🙂

This sounds weird. Your tracker should restart when you press and hold the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. Are you able to swipe through the other screens though? If so, you can go to the last screen on your tracker which is for the settings. Whenever you get there, tap on it and scroll down to the option that says "Shut Down" and tap on it. This will also turn your tracker off and then just press and hold any button to get it back on.

Let me know if this does the trick!

My Fitbit Blaze does not swipe and yes I have pressed the single button on left and bottom right button which reset it the first time. Resolved problem for about 10 minutes back to stuck on screen and not swiping. Had to put it in charger to get it to swipe went to setting did a shutdown that fix it for about an hour. Have shutdown Blaze twice. Blaze has not respond to pushing left and right buttons at all to reset. Please help...
