Select Button/ Volume Down Button Missing or Fall down from Frame

I purchased Fitbitbit Blaze. After 03 days of usage Button Missing or Fall down. Exactly why it fall down or when it gone missing I didn't notice. But I was just traveling from my office in my office cab. I registered a complaint n got case no. for the same. Still 04 days gone by, no response. Any help???

If customer service has not yet contacted you in the next day or two, I would call them again.

Samething has happened to me. The "back" button on the frame has broken off. I sent an email to customer service and now waiting for their response.
