I was out of state and my fitbit automatically changed the time to PST I am home now and id did not change back to MST which is 1 hour later. How do I change that??

I'm sorry you're having problems with the time on your Blaze not switching back to MST time. Have you made sure that your tracker is properly syncing to your phone? If it helps, you can try to restart your tracker and then get it to sync. You can easily do this by pressing the left and lower right buttons for 10-12 seconds. This will make your tracker to reboot and after that, sync your tracker and see how it goes.
After that, make sure that on the Fitbit app, you go to the Account section at the top right corner, then go down to Advanced Settings and here, look for Time Zone. Make sure that it's set to automatic so that it can pick your phone's time zone and reflect it on your Blaze as well.
