My Blaze goes to the start screen multiple times a day, often getting stuck there until I can plug in to charge and force sync which only temporarily resolves the issue. I've also noticed that the green lights on the back aren't working right. One light stays always on (I can feel the heat on my arm) and the other light is always off. This seems to be draining the battery. Charge is a few hours at most when the light stays on. I've tried all the trouble shooting in other threads - powered down 3+ times, synced, fully charged battery and did all that again. I've changed the heart rate monitor from auto to off to on to auto. At one point, after turning HR to off and doing 3 restarts, the green lights stayed off altogether, but if I turn on HR to on or auto, the lights repeat the issue and drain the battery. And amid this, the screen continues to go to the start screen and get stuck multiple times a day. What else can I try?
