Side button missing

I just purchased my Blaze from Best Buy on Thursday. While placing my device back into the band after charging it, I noticed that my side button had fallen off!

Has anyone else noticed that the buttons are flimsy!?! You would think that they'd b more secure in the frame.

There was just another report in this forum of the button falling out. You two might be the first.
Since you purchased it yesterday, there should be no problem wroth exchanging it.

Had the same problem when I got mine around 2 weeks ago. Got a brand new one within a week (Thanks Fitbit!). Same problems here, the button loosens when using it. I try to screw it in now and then.

I had my Blaze for 3 days and the top right button fell off. I returned it and got a replacement. I hope this isn't a design flaw.

Just oit of curiosity is it the button on the frame or the Blaze itself that is falling off.
Best Answer
It´s was the single button on the left side and on the new one it the upper
right one.

There is the actual button on the Blaze, which is the square unit that pops into the frame.
The is also a button to press in the frame that the Blaze fits in. All rhis button does is press rhe real button on the Blaze.
When taking the Blaze out of the frame, is the button missing from the blaze or the frame.

It was the back button and now is the action button on the frame. Seems
like they have to check this up and fix it for the future. Otherwise the
Blaze works just perfect.

@gingers5407 as you will still be within warranty why not contact customer support to see if they will replace it:

My Fitbit Blaze is no longer in warranty. The left side button is gone. How do I get this fixed?

Hello @KAERRS if your not in warranty, see Amazon, they have a large selection of frames.

I bought frames that complement the bands allowing a quick change.
