Is it normal for the silent alarm/vibration to automatically snooze one you move or raise your wrist? I looked in the Blaze 101 guide and there is no indication that the alarm function can be changed. I'd like the silent alarm to continually go off until I physical hit the snooze since the vibration is so mild.

@Gshock Per the help article, the notification repeats several times (3 vibrations, by my count) or until dismissed. If you don't dismiss an alarm, it goes off again in 9 minutes.

Raising your arm shouldn't dismiss it autmoatically, but tapping the display twice or dismissing/snoozing will. I just tested this by flailing my arms like a madman.

This needs to be fixed. My Charge alarm had a lot more vibration. The Blaze alarm is weak and to short. It should go off until you snooze it or shut it off yourself.

Indeed. I think it also has a "pocket dial" issue, where in this case the pocket is the sheets that I'm tucked in. There should be a delay before muting the alarm, or at least have that an option as well as a only dismiss through a button press or swipe. Thankfully I woke up a mere 40 minutes late this morning and still made it mostly on time. Worthless in it's current state and unfortunately that's not my only significant functional complaint about this device. Glad I only paid a little over $100 for this through my employer.

Please, please, please sort out the alarm, I've had my blaze for two weeks now and not once has it managed to wake me.  I'm thinking of sending it back for a refund and going back to my charge.

It's annoying, but this works for me: Set three alarms. I set them five minutes apart and so far I have not overslept again. It's a small sample size at this point, however I've only slept through the first one so far and that's the usual case. I still wish it would just work correctly, just like I wish that I didn't have to shut it down when I commute on my motorcycle.

I have problems understanding why someone would upgrade to the Blaze just for the alarm.

Agreed, but I don't see anyone saying that's the only reason they got the Blaze. For me it was just one of several reasons, and having found workarounds for them, I'm pretty happy at this point. Now I just hope it survives long enough while I get used to wearing a watch again. So far it's held up well as I've been smashing it into door frames and the like.

Fitbit should offer a setting for the vibrations (low ,med, high)

The silent alarm has been of very good use to me on night trains, when I want to get up earlier than the other persons in the sleeper compartment. But now one detail seems to have been changed:

Earlier my little Fitbit device showed an alarm sign and the hour of alarm I just had set on my Fitbit app in my telephone. Now this doesn't show, which makes me doubt that a connection was made (night trains through northern Sweden travel through areas without connections, so this is possible). This gives me worried sleep.

Can you reinstall the feature with alarm time shown in the device?

@jules1363 I'm not following you, your tracker doesn't have a speaker to play a tune.
