Sleep Tracker Stopped Working

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

October 26, 2017 is the last date my sleep tracker recorded my sleep (seemingly) accurately.  Ever since then, it says I had the following amounts of sleep:

Oct 27: 52 min

Oct 28: (no record)

Oct 29: 45 min

Oct 30: (no record)

Oct 31: 55 min

Nov 1: (no record)

Nov 2: 47 min

Nov 3: 1 h 21 min

I wear it every single night and have always had somewhat accurate results up until Oct 27.  The battery is reasonably charged (still has plenty of charge in the morning) and I tried restarting my device around Oct 31ish.  Any ideas?  Thank you.

A warm welcome to the Forums @ouqtu86, thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself.

If you are having issues with your sleep information, I recommend taking a look at this post, where you will be able to find some requirements that this feature needs in order to work properly. Also, could you please provide me with some screenshot of your sleep information?

Hope to hear from you soon. Woman Happy

Hello and thanks for your help! It used to work fine, which is why I'm confused about what happened. Here are 2 screen shots, one showing what it normally looks like and one showing the recent data.

Thanks for the screenshots and the information provided @ouqtu86.

I recommend restarting your tracker a couple of times more by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Also, in this post, you will be able to see some tips to properly wear your Blaze. Please take a look at it and follow the instructions.

Let me know how it goes. Woman Happy

I tried all of those things to no avail last night.

To make matters worse, it's mostly stopped recording altogether...

I didn't stop wearing it except to bathe since Monday (it's Saturday now).

Still no improvement.

Is this covered by warranty?  Can I send it in to get it fixed?  This is a major reason a use this Fitbit and it is unacceptable to me that it is not functioning properly anymore.
