Sleep Tracking and Alarm

Is there currently a way of setting the alarm to wake you up during a period of light sleep (i.e. if I set my alarm for 6am, it may wake me up at 5:30am if that's when I'm in light sleep)? If not, is it likely this will be a future update? The watch is already tracking periods of light and heavy sleep, so it would seem a simple function to add.

Not at the current time, there is a request for this. However since sleep is calculated in the cloud after the user has awaken and synced, im not sure of how feasible this is with the current setup.

Oh I see. Thank you. So if this feature was brought in, it would likely be on a new device?

Not necessarily,  some of the sleep tracking function could be moved to the tracker.  At one time the active minutes was only being calculated in the cloud, for some trackers active minutes have been moved to the unit.

After all it is just software.
