Sleep analysis not working

Every night for 2 weeks I have tried to get full sleep analysis on my IPad however it keeps coming up just the basic sleep graph and states it could not read consistent heartrate. I’ve tried readjusting the wristband I wear it securely and I’m careful not to sleep lying on my arm.  It reads my heartrate through the day with no issues I’m getting so fustrated

I've been having the same issue, too.  It's been a week now and I'm getting frustrated.

My sleep analysis quit working about a month ago and I just now got around to contacting tech support about it. My heart rate monitor never gives a reading which I think is the root of the problem. They forwarded my issue to their "heart rate monitor" team and will see what they say. Watch was purchased about 6-8 months ago.

I bought mine about a year ago and it just stopped working after I came back from a trip to Europe. Weird not sure why... don't know what to do. I actually like to analyze my sleep to determine my productivity level...

Hello @Gabluvs2travel when you say sleep analysis not working. 

Are you saying that no sleep is recorded or that it is only Basic sleep details seen. 

If you only see basic, no sleep stages, the place to start is in the app. It willwususlly tell you why no stages where calculated.

Just nothing shows up 😞 blank, I wore it twice in the past two nights and
still othing shows up. I did not wear it two nights before, i forgot i took
them off and put it back on but still nothing works...

Hi! I reset mine and nothing changed until 2 days after. I wear the old Blaze watch. Try resetting it more than once & see if it works. Good luck!
