I've had my blaze since February 2018 and it's worked with no issue until today. I had some problems trying to sync it - had to shutdown watch, delete app and download again. Once it was all up and running, my sleep and heart rate has disappeared from my dashboard! When I go to "discover / health & fitness " and try to add it, it says it's open but the open button is shaded out!
Any ideas how to get it back again ?

Hi there @jenpen2, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry for the late response. Thanks for taking the time to troubleshoot the syncing issue prior to contacting us.
In regards to the Sleep and Heart Rate tiles, if the option is shaded out, that means that the tiles are already added. Please try logging out and back in from your Fitbit app to see if the tiles are back.

I have tried to reload from Discover but open button is grayed out and does not work. I have already reset app and Fitbit. I also am a premium member.
